Just been having a play on the Customer Care wiki and am feeling even more pleased! It is starting to make sense to me on how it might be used. I might have to direct the first user on what content should consist of or look like and this could guide others thereafter. Could demo the Wiki part at the Learning Services Open Day and get some quick feedback and also when offering the face-to-face introduction to the module in August. Many thanks again.
